About Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Open University (BAOU)
Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Open University (BAOU), established in 1994 by an Act of the Government of Gujarat and now governed under the Gujarat Public Universities Act, 2023, is committed to its motto “Education for All.”
Headquartered at its state-of-the-art ‘Jyotirmay’ Parisar in Ahmedabad, the University operates 09 Regional Centres and a network of 315+ Learner Support Centres across Gujarat. As the only Open University in the State, BAOU has played a pivotal role in expanding access to higher education, enrolling over 3,13,292 learners in the past three years.
The University offers 111 academic programmes including Ph.D., Postgraduate, Graduate, Diploma, and Certificate courses, providing accessible, flexible, and barrier-free education to learners of all ages.

About the School of Computer Science (SCS)
The School of Computer Science (SCS) at BAOU, Ahmedabad, is dedicated to advancing education, research, and capacity building in computing, IT, data science, cyber security, and emerging digital technologies through ODL and Online modes.

About the Workshop
The National Level Workshop on “Cyber Security and AI for Resilient Higher Education” aims to bring together academicians, researchers, professionals, administrators, and students to explore challenges and opportunities at the intersection of Cyber Security, Artificial Intelligence, and Higher Education.
